Mini Butter Pecan Loaves

Happy Tuesday!!

I realized this morning that after posting —>My Kitchen Must-Haves! where I mention this recipe as one of the great uses for a mini loaf pan (Pictured & Linked Below!) I never actually got around to posting the recipe! OOPS! SO here it is! ENJOY!! 🙂


  • 3/4 stick butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 cup milk (or buttermilk, your preference)
  • 1 cup finely chopped pecans (or more! Whatever you prefer)



  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees and spray loaf pan with non-stick spray
  2. Combine softened butter with sugar. Add eggs. Thoroughly stir in ALL dry ingredients (alternating with the milk!)
  3. Add in pecans last. Stir all to combine. Pour into loaf pan. Bake 50 minutes. Feel free to check with a toothpick to ensure it is cooked through!

***I like to serve these loaves warm with butter. Feel free to add candied pecans or extra cinnamon as well. These are more on the savory for breakfast side rather than a dessert-type dish
